How to participate in the Home Delivery Service – 3 Easy Steps:

Detailed Steps of Home Delivery

1. Visit https://www.homehardware.ca and choose Canmore Home Hardware as MY STORE from the store locator page – see photo to right

2. Search for the products you require

3. Choose a specific product and check our store’s stock online to see if we have inventory available

4. If our store shows that the product is in stock, add the product name and item number to a list

5. Add any additional items that aren’t listed online to your list and we will find them in store

6. You can choose to:

a. Email your address and list to customerservice@canmorehh.com and we will reply to your email with an order confirmation and an estimated delivery time via phone

b. Call us with your address and list at 1-403-678-5144 and we will provide an estimated delivery time

7. Staff member will go pick your order in the store

8. Staff member will ring in your order in our point of sale system and create your invoice using the ‘ COD- Cash on Delivery’ function

9. Staff member will make curbside delivery (exceptions for major appliances)

  • Staff members will be wearing latex gloves and will maintain a distance of 6 feet from you

11.  Staff member will process payment on the Moneris mobile pin pad

  • Staff member will never touch you, your card or your home

12.  Staff member will give you your receipt on a clipboard

13.  Staff member will sanitize the Moneris mobile pin pad and clipboard after

14.  Staff member will take signed merchant copy back to shipping/till for payment on COD account and filing
